Research Interests
My research focuses on the effects of urbanization on sediment transport in the headwaters of the Northeast Branch of the Anacostia River. Bed and suspended sediment load are being sampled at a series of sites along the length of the Little Paint Branch with the goal of determining their relationship with channel dimensions, sediment supply, and gravel bar formation. |
