Comments: This creature was evil. He had been donated by the San Antonio Zoo, whose keepers had had enough of him. He was pathologically hostile both toward humans and monkeys, and had to be housed separately. The Carraccios were trying their best to tame him. I probably ruined a month's woth of effort when I lowered my head against the bars of his cage, hoping to interest him in grooming my hair (it works on NICE critters). Instead, he struck hard with both hands and pulled out bunches of my hair.
