Termites in damaged gallery
Location: Wee Wee Cay Research Station - near Hopkins, Belize

Comments: The evidence of termites, including their suitcase-sized nests, was everywhere, but the bugs, themselves did all they could to avoid the daylight. This extended to building covered galleries over their trails. One sure way to glimpse them was to damage these galleries, as I did for this picture.
