Training in and understanding of science that integrate across disciplinary boundaries and problem solving strategies are critical skills for the next generation of scientists. MDPanolab investigators contribute to training through focusing on student and postdoctoral mentoring and advising activities at all levels as a part of the University of Maryland mission. Our work aims to develop transferable skills extending from the foundation to the state-of-the-art techniques in mass spectrometry, analytical techniques, computations, and field applications of clumped isotopes.

Our activities promote training and hands on experience with research for rising scientists at levels extending from from upper-level high school through undergraduate, graduate, and extending to postgraduate levels. Please contact us at Panolab@umd.edu to discuss opportunities and ways you can contribute to UMD Panorama Laboratory research.
