Research Interests

My research focuses on experimental fluid dynamics in a laboratory analogue of Earth’s outer core. I study how magnetic fields are manipulated by fluid flow in a spherical Couette geometry, as well as explore turbulence phenomena. I am currently working on reducing the ambient magnetic field and measuring the velocity profile of the fluid using geophysical techniques.
