I am interested in understanding the origin, structure, and stability of the continental lithosphere, which plays a fundamental role in plate tectonics. Specifically, my research focuses on studying the layering within the continental lithosphere, and what it tells us about the way continents were put together. To do this, I use measurements of apparent incidence angle and receiver function analysis to image the velocity structure of the continental lithosphere.
